Responsible Gaming at Iplfun

Iplfun is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools and information to help players control their activity, minimise harm and access support if needed. This policy outlines our approach, the safeguards we offer, and the steps to take to set personal limits, pause play, or obtain help.

Minors and Age Verification

Iplfun prohibits participation by individuals under 18 years of age. We verify age during signup and perform ongoing checks as required by law. Access to our services is restricted to users who meet the minimum age requirement, and we suspend or terminate accounts that are held by minors or used by minors.

Tools to Control Play

We provide practical controls to help you stay in control of your gambling activities. You may configure and adjust these tools in your account settings or by contacting Customer Support.

• Pre-commitment and deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, and loss limits. Limit changes take effect promptly and can be reapplied or lowered as needed.
• Time Out: A temporary break from gambling for up to 30 days. Initiate via account settings or by contacting Customer Support. During Time Out, wagering access is paused for the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: A long-term pause from all Iplfun gambling products. Self-exclusion durations range from 1 month to 5 years. The exclusion is enforced across all products and cannot be undone before the end of the selected period. To commence Self-Exclusion, contact Customer Support and specify the duration. During the exclusion, access to the existing account is blocked and creation of new accounts is disallowed; attempts to circumvent the exclusion may result in action against the original account.

Problem Gambling Support

If you may be experiencing problem gambling, we provide information on recognizing risk factors and links to licensed support services. We will cooperate with regulators and service providers to ensure timely access to appropriate help. We monitor for risky patterns and will intervene as permitted by law and our policies.

Staff Training and Organizational Responsibility

All Iplfun personnel receive Responsible Gaming training at onboarding and at least annually, enabling them to identify concerns, respond with empathy, and guide players to available tools and support resources.

Compliance and Licensing

Iplfun operates under a licensed and regulated framework. We implement standard anti-money-laundering controls and data privacy measures consistent with applicable legal requirements.

Policy Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes in regulation, player needs, and our operating practices. The version currently in force is the one published on the platform.
