These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern the use of the Iplfun Website and the related Services (the Service). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this binding agreement between yourself (the Player) and Iplfun. To open an Account, you must complete the registration process, read and accept these Terms, and provide information and documents as required for identity and eligibility verification. The Operator may suspend wagering or restrict Account functionality pending verification. Acceptable documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill or official document showing your name and address. We may request additional information or documents as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and to confirm your identity and residence. You may be required to fund your Account using the payment methods available on the Website before engaging in wagering or withdrawals.
We may levy an Inactive Account Fee of 5 EUR (or currency equivalent) per calendar month if an Account remains unused for twelve consecutive months and holds a credit balance. Notification will occur in advance of any inactivity charges, and you may withdraw funds to avoid the fee. If the balance is less than the fee amount, the remaining balance will be used to satisfy the fee for the applicable period.
You are responsible for paying all amounts due to Iplfun. Do not reverse payments or effect third-party reversals to avoid liability. You will reimburse any charge-backs, denials, or reversals and any resulting losses. An administration fee of 50 EUR (or currency equivalent) may be charged for charge-backs or reversals. Balances and transactions appear in the currency of the relevant transaction. Iplfun reserves the right to impose processing limits and fees in accordance with the Payment Policy.
In the event of a system error or malfunction, all bets affected by the issue may be void. You must promptly inform Iplfun of any error you become aware of. Iplfun will not be liable for indirect or consequential costs arising from errors, and reserves the right to correct results or void affected bets as necessary to restore fair play.
Promotions and bonuses are governed by specific terms and conditions. Bonus funds are generally non-withdrawable and may be removed from winnings upon withdrawal unless stated otherwise. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and cashback, and cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement with a maximum withdrawal cap of 10x the cashback amount. Special promotions may have different terms and withdrawal limits. Iplfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion and may deduct cashback from a pending withdrawal where appropriate. Eligibility for promotions may be restricted for certain accounts or activities, including high-balance accounts or ongoing withdrawals.
Notifications and general communications under these Terms may be issued by posting on the Website or by sending notices to your registered email address. You must ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date. Communications to you are at Iplfun’s discretion.
Iplfun maintains know your customer and anti-money laundering controls in accordance with applicable law. You may be asked to provide documents to verify identity and source of funds. Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy; the Treatment of data complies with applicable data protection laws. Suspicious activity must be reported in accordance with regulatory requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iplfun is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Iplfun may revise these Terms at any time. Substantial amendments will be posted on the Website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you object to the changes, cease using the Service.
Iplfun may terminate or suspend your Account at its sole discretion for any reason, including breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or suspicious activity. Upon termination, remaining funds may be forfeited or paid in accordance with applicable law and these Terms, and any bonuses or wagering commitments may be canceled in whole or in part.
